Description

The soup is easy and quick to prepare. Solyanka with meatballs is very simple to make. You can cook it either in water or in meat broth. However, considering that the soup contains many meat products, use a broth that isn't too fatty. Choose your preferred types of sausage to taste. The meatball mixture can be any kind, but not overly fatty either. Aromatic and delicious solyanka is truly a celebration on any lunch table. Ladle into bowls and serve.

    Prepare the ingredients for making solyanka.

    Finely chop one onion in a meat grinder or blender. Mix with the ground chicken, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. Form small meatballs from the mixture and place them into the boiling water. Skim off any foam that forms. Cook the meatballs for 10 minutes.

    Chop the pickled cucumbers and onion finely and place them in a frying pan.

    Add tomato paste, sunflower oil, and 50 ml of water.

    Cover the pan with a lid and simmer until the vegetables are tender, 10-12 minutes.
