Georgian-style solyanka in a multicooker
120 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Georgian-style solyanka cooked in a multicooker takes about an hour and a half, making the meat tender. This solyanka differs from the classic version, as it does not contain cabbage. The meat is stewed with tomatoes and pickled cucumbers. The solyanka resembles a thick soup or meat with gravy. Wine can be omitted—it's a matter of taste—and replaced with vinegar if desired. Georgian solyanka can be served with boiled rice. Good luck and serve the soup hot.
