
Beef-based solyanka soup
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. As you know, potatoes are not added to solyanka. In this recipe, you can add potatoes to taste or simply skip this step. The soup turns out quite thick. You can also substitute black olives with green ones—choose according to your preference. Ladle into bowls and serve.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Boil beef ribs to make a broth. Let the meat cool in the broth, then remove it. Slightly reheat the broth and strain it.

Remove the meat from the ribs and chop it finely. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 cm cubes.

Fry smoked bacon in a frying pan.

Place the potatoes and meat into the pot with the broth. Put it on low heat.

Chop the onion into small cubes. Slice the sausages into rounds.
