Description

A hearty and aromatic soup. Solianka is an old traditional Russian dish. It can be made with meat, mushrooms, or fish. Today we have pike-perch solianka. It's very simple and quick to prepare. Sometimes carrots and potatoes are added to this dish, which also tastes good, but believe me, these ingredients are never found in authentic solianka. Solianka made with pike-perch turns out especially delicious thanks to this wonderful fish. In addition to salt and ground black pepper, you can add any fish seasoning. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
