Description
Perfect for lunch. For preparing solyanka, you can use not only pork ribs but also beef ribs. When choosing sausage, it's best to opt for high-quality boiled and smoked varieties. You can also add ham, smoked ribs, or even pieces of bacon to the solyanka. Olives are not mandatory ingredients.

Prepare the ingredients.

Place the ribs in a saucepan, cover with water, and add salt. Cook for 50 minutes, making sure to skim off the foam once the broth comes to a boil.

Dice both types of sausage and cut the olives into several pieces. Add to the solyanka.

Grate the carrot, sauté it in a frying pan with vegetable oil, then add it to the solyanka.

Add the diced pickled cucumber to the same place.
