Description
Perfect for lunch. The solyanka turns out very tasty, as we'll be adding smoked sausage, mushrooms, and sausages. It's also important to choose good quality pickled cucumbers and a flavorful tomato sauce. Here, we won't use potatoes, only carrots and onions. When serving, you can add herbs, lemon, olives, and a spoonful of thick sour cream. The soup is ready to serve.
