Salty boletus mushrooms in sour cream
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Here is a classic recipe for preparing salted boletus mushrooms in sour cream. The salting process is not fast—boletus mushrooms need to sit under pressure for about 45 days in a cold place (cellar, refrigerator, basement). However, the salad comes together in no time. The mushrooms are covered with sour cream, onion is added, and everything is mixed. Don't forget to garnish with fresh herbs when serving. Enjoy! The salad is ready to serve.
