Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can assemble the salad in a ring mold, as I did, or serve it in small ramekins, layered.
- 2
Step 2

Place the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute to remove the skin, making a few cuts on the fruits beforehand.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the tomatoes.
- 4
Step 4

Dice finely; if not removing the seeds, place the diced tomatoes in a sieve and gently press with a spoon to drain excess juice.
- 5
Step 5

Transfer to a small bowl and lightly salt them.
- 6
Step 6

Cut the avocado in half, peel off the skin, and remove the pit.
- 7
Step 7

Place the pulp in a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, then mix well.
- 8
Step 8

Open the can of tuna, drain the juice, and mash the canned fish with a fork.
- 9
Step 9

Place a serving ring on the dish. Spread the avocado purée as the first layer.
- 10
Step 10

Place the sliced tomatoes on top.
- 11
Step 11

Place the tuna as the last layer. Lightly press down the salad.
- 12
Step 12

Carefully remove the ring, garnish the salad with a slice of lemon, a sprig of parsley, and serve immediately.
