Layered salad with orange
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. The layered salad with oranges was a real discovery for me. Looking at the ingredients, I was a bit surprised—how could these possibly go together? But just for the experiment, I decided to try it anyway—and didn't regret it at all. The salad turns out very vibrant; the orange doesn't overpower the other ingredients but adds a refreshing touch, beautifully complementing the salty fish and olives. The egg and cheese tie everything together, creating a very sophisticated and delicate flavor. Sharing the recipe with you—garnish as desired and serve.
