Layered salad
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. We prepare the layered "Festive" salad using both fried and fresh ingredients. You can spread mayonnaise on each layer (or every two layers), or simply add it at the end by placing it on top. This salad looks very impressive in a glass bowl or a stemmed salad dish. Decorate as desired and serve.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain. Rinse the green beans, trim the ends, cut in half, then place them in the skillet where the bacon was cooked. Add half a cup of water, season with salt, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the water evaporates. Transfer the beans to a large glass bowl. This is the first layer.

Step 2

2. Peel the zucchini and cut into cubes. Sauté, salted and peppered, over medium heat in oil (2-4 tablespoons) until golden brown. Place on top of the beans. This is the second layer.

Step 3

3. Cut the tomatoes in half, lightly heat them in the same pan where you cooked the vegetables, adding some oil. Place as the third layer.

Step 4

4. Drain the canned white beans in a colander, then place them over the cherry tomatoes. The fourth layer of the "Holiday" salad is ready!

Step 5

5. Chop the salad (it can be Chinese cabbage) with a knife. Place it on top of the beans. Fifth layer!

Step 6

6. Grate the cheese and spread it on top as the sixth layer.

Step 7

7. Spread mayonnaise on top with a spoon (you can use more than the specified amount) and sprinkle with bacon. The seventh (and a half!) layer is ready, and so is the layered "Prazdnichny" salad.
