Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the eggs beforehand until hard.
- 2
Step 2

Rub the chicken drumstick with salt and paprika, then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Clean and slice the mushrooms.
- 4
Step 4

Sauté the mushrooms in a minimal amount of vegetable oil. The mushrooms should not stick to the pan, but remain as dry as possible. Cook the mushrooms until done. Remember to season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5
Step 5

Dice the onion, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and sauté them together in a small amount of vegetable oil until soft.
- 6
Step 6

We start assembling the salad. Separate the chicken meat from the bone and chop it. Remove the skin, as we won't need it. Place the chicken meat onto a flat plate, shaping it into an oval.
- 7
Step 7

Place the fried onion and carrots on top of the meat. Then spread mayonnaise on top.
- 8
Step 8

Next layer - sautéed mushrooms. Cover this layer with mayonnaise as well.
- 9
Step 9

Now place the crushed yolks.
- 10
Step 10

Next, layer finely grated hard cheese. I decided to place it not only on top but also along the sides of the salad.
- 11
Step 11

Cover with a mayonnaise lattice pattern.
- 12
Step 12

As the final layer, place the grated egg whites.
- 13
Step 13

Decorate the salad to look like a mouse's face: use the remaining cheese to make ears, a tomato or sweet pepper for the nose, and green onion feathers for the whiskers.
