
Layered salad
Description
This salad will be a real treat for seafood and fish lovers. It's very rich and filling. I didn't add salt or pepper, as the salmon and crab sticks are already salty. Feel free to garnish the salad to your taste—I've suggested my own version. Try it out and experiment!

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

2. Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs with a knife.

3. Peel the boiled carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.

4. Finely chop the crab sticks.

5. Chop the red fish and set aside a few strips for garnish.

6. Sauté the peeled shrimp to enhance their flavor. To do this, fry a crushed garlic clove in olive oil, then remove it. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

7. Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and start assembling the salad. Cover the layer of potatoes with mayonnaise, then add a layer of fish and leek sliced into thin rings.

8. Spread mayonnaise over the onions, then place the shrimp on top, followed by the eggs. Cover everything with mayonnaise, then add a layer of crab sticks, followed by mayonnaise, carrots, and another layer of mayonnaise.

9. Garnish the salad with leek rings, a rose made from salmon, and lemon slices.
