
Creamy soup with pork
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This interesting creamy pork soup is made from familiar ingredients, yet delivers a completely new flavor. The soup achieves a smooth, puree-like consistency by blending part of the cooked vegetables together with cream. The delicate creamy taste comes from cream heated in a pan with flour. The soup turns out rich and delicious. Ladle into bowls and serve.

1. Wash the vegetables. Peel the potatoes, carrots, and onion. Cut into cubes. Add the chopped potatoes to boiling water. Cover with a lid. Cook the vegetables until done.

2. Wash the meat. Trim off all tendons and pieces of fat. Cut the pork meat into neat cubes. In a frying pan, add a piece of butter and sauté the meat. When the meat releases its juices, season with salt. Cover with a lid and continue cooking until golden brown.

3. Add the carrots to the pork. Continue frying for 3-4 minutes.

4. Place the fried pork and carrots on top of the cooked potatoes.

5. Fry the onion, then transfer it to a separate dish. Add some of the boiled potatoes and carrots to the onion. 6. In a skillet, fry the flour in butter until golden. Pour the cream (150 g) into the skillet with the fried flour. Mix well and heat until a smooth consistency is reached.

7. Pour the cream with fried flour into the pan with the sautéed onions, potatoes, and carrots.

8. Blend all the vegetables placed on a plate together with the cream using a blender until completely smooth. Transfer the pureed mixture to the pot with the remaining soup ingredients.
