Creamy salmon soup

Description

Perfect for lunch. Try making this delicious soup. It won't take much of your time, but will satisfyingly feed the whole family. I'm sharing with you a very simple recipe.

   Step 1

   In the pot, sauté the chopped onion and carrot in vegetable oil.

   Add the chopped tomatoes and fry a little longer. Remove the skins from the tomatoes optionally.

   Pour in the water and bring to a boil.

   Add the diced potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.

   Cook for 10 minutes.

   Add the salmon, cut into pieces, and the cream.

   Cook for another 7-10 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked.

   Add herbs and serve.
