
Sweet pumpkin cream soup with cinnamon

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel and dice the pumpkin and carrots. Heat a heavy-bottomed pot and sauté the vegetables for 3-4 minutes in a small amount of vegetable oil.

Wash the apple, peel it, and remove the core. Cut into small slices. Transfer to a saucepan. Add sugar and cinnamon. Simmer with the vegetables for a few more minutes.

Pour in the water, bring to a boil, and cook for 12–15 minutes until the carrots and pumpkin become soft.

Blend the soup with an immersion blender.
