
Shurpa in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Shurpa cooked in a multicooker turns out rich and flavorful, with meat that simply melts in your mouth. You can prepare shurpa in a multicooker using any type of meat. It's the most aromatic and delicious when made with lamb (for those who enjoy it), but you can also use pork or beef. Cook and enjoy! The soup is ready to serve.

Boil beef broth using 1.2 kg of meat and about 3 liters of water. Place a whole onion in the pot, add pepper and salt. Cook until the meat becomes tender, approximately 2 hours.

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Wash, peel, and cut them into cubes.

Separate the cooked meat from the bones, cut into pieces, and place at the bottom of the multicooker.

Add potatoes and carrots to the meat, pour in the strained broth, and set the stewing mode for 40 minutes.

Then add bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, eggplants, and garlic to the shurpa, add spices to taste, and cook for another 20 minutes. Open the multicooker, sprinkle the shurpa with fresh herbs. Ready!
