Wash the meat, place it in a pot. Add 2 liters of cold water, put on the heat. After boiling, regularly skim off the foam.

Wash 1 carrot, peel it, and place it in a saucepan with boiling broth.

Peel 1 onion, place it in a pot with boiling broth. Cook the meat with vegetables for 40 minutes.
