Description
A hearty and aromatic soup. Be sure to add tomatoes, pepper, onion, carrots, potatoes, and tasty noodles. When serving, garnish the soup with fresh herbs; optionally, you can add garlic. Serve the shurpa hot. The soup is ready to serve.

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the meat into medium pieces. Peel the carrots and onion, then cut them into medium pieces.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into large pieces.

In a skillet, heat the oil and cook the meat, onion, and carrots for 4 minutes, then add the pepper, tomatoes, and potatoes.

Pour in water, cook the soup under a lid for 50 minutes. Add all the spices.
