Wash the pork, dry it, and cut into pieces.

Pound the pork pieces and cut them into smaller pieces.

Sear the meat on both sides until golden brown and place it in a pot.

Pour 2 liters of water into a pot with the meat, add onion and carrot, and cook for 40 minutes.

Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, then add the coarsely chopped peppers and herbs. Cook for another 10 minutes.
