Hunter's Shurpa
Description
This simple recipe for hunter's shurpa can be further enriched with tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, and spices. Shurpa should be cooked for a long time, at least two hours, and then left to steep, after which a splash of vodka can be added. If the game meat wasn't particularly young, the cooking time for hunter's shurpa should be extended by a couple more hours. I received this recipe as a gift from my hunter friends. Good luck—your soup is ready to serve.
