Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. Homemade fried shurpa is very easy to make. All ingredients are fried in a pan and then combined together. If you prefer a more liquid shurpa, simmer the ingredients in tomato juice or broth. Garnish the dish with herbs and pieces of omelet before serving. Serve the soup hot. Good luck!

Cut the beef into cubes.

Sear the beef in vegetable oil for 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the onion, pepper, and carrot into thin strips.

Add the onion to the meat and fry for another 10 minutes.

Now add the carrots and peppers, mix and fry until the vegetables are soft.

Place the finely chopped tomatoes. They will immediately release a lot of liquid; this liquid needs to be evaporated.
