
Shurpa from canned meat
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Shurpa with canned meat is very simple and quick to prepare. It's an ideal dish for a hearty, filling lunch during cold weather. Instead of fresh tomato, you can use tomato paste. Spices should be added to taste. Good-quality beef canned meat works perfectly as a substitute for fresh meat. Serve hot, ladled into bowls.

Prepare the ingredients for making the soup.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, slice and place in a pot. Pour in water and put on the stove.

Place the canned stew onto a plate.

Peel and wash the carrots and onions, then chop them. Place them in a frying pan. Add the fat from the canned meat. Slightly sauté the vegetables in the pan with the fat.

Add the carrots and onions to the pot with the potatoes and continue cooking the shurpa.

When the vegetables are ready, add salt, ground black pepper, bay leaf, and tomatoes (chopped in any way) to the soup.

Cook the soup for another 7-8 minutes and turn off the heat. Add the minced garlic at the end of cooking.
