Pork Ribs Shurpa
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I want to share it. Pour into bowls and serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the ribs into small pieces. If you have very fatty ribs, I recommend trimming some of the fat.
- 2
Step 2

It is best to cook shurpa in a cauldron. Heat vegetable oil in it and fry the ribs until golden brown. Then add peeled and chopped onion to the meat. Mix and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

Peel the carrot, wash it, and cut into small cubes or rounds. Add to the meat.
- 4
Step 4

After 2-3 minutes, add the peeled and sliced bell pepper. Sauté over high heat, remembering to stir.
- 5
Step 5

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut into fairly large pieces. Add to the cauldron and mix.
- 6
Step 6

Add the chopped tomatoes to the cauldron and mix everything again.

Step 7

After the tomatoes have simmered and fried for about 2 minutes, pour water into the cauldron. There should be enough water to just barely cover the contents of the cauldron. Once our soup comes to a boil, add all the spices except the fresh herbs, and reduce the heat. Cook for 30–40 minutes. Then add the minced garlic and let the soup steep. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
