
Venison shurpa
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Here is a classic recipe for preparing shurpa from roe deer. If desired, before cooking the roe deer meat, lightly sear it in a pan for just 5–7 minutes. As for the amount of spices... Usually, I mix them together so that they amount to one tablespoon in total. Have a wonderful day and enjoy cooking your roe deer shurpa. Serve the soup hot.

Boil the prepared roe deer meat in two liters of water until done. Approximately 1-2 hours.

To the prepared meat, add carrot cut into strips and onion.

Put the potatoes, cook for 15 minutes.

Now add the chopped bell pepper and whole hot pepper, as well as tomatoes (ground through a meat grinder), salt, and spices. Cook for another 15 minutes, then remove from heat. Add garlic to the soup, cover with a lid, and let it steep for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the shurpa with chopped herbs before serving.
