Horse meat shurpa

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for preparing horse meat shurpa. Bell pepper is not included in this recipe; if you have it, feel free to add it together with the vegetables—it will make the dish even more delicious (I didn't have any). Let the prepared shurpa steep, covered, for 10–15 minutes before serving. Have a wonderful day. The soup is ready to serve.

    Pour cold water over the meat, bring to a boil, and skim off the foam. Then add the onion and bay leaf. Simmer the broth for 40 minutes.

    Remove the cooked meat from the broth, cut it into pieces, and fry in vegetable oil. Add chopped onion and carrot, as well as tomato paste. Simmer until the vegetables are cooked.

    Transfer the meat with vegetables to a pot, pour in the broth, and bring to a boil.
