
Wild Boar Shurpa
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for wild boar shurpa. You will need wild boar ribs; first, sear the meat, then braise it with onions and peppers. Simmer the broth with vegetables for about an hour. Let the finished soup steep, covered, before serving. Optionally, add chopped garlic. Good luck!

Thoroughly wash and prepare the wild boar rib section.

Cut off the pieces of fat, melt them. Fry the ribs in the fat.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the seared ribs. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour in enough water to just cover the meat. Add chopped tomato, diced carrots, and diced potatoes. Then add bay leaf, salt, and pepper to taste. Simmer, stirring occasionally and skimming off the foam. The entire process will take about 1 hour.
