Description

I want to warn you right away that shurpa is simple to prepare, though not quick. Be patient and have a good cauldron on hand to make the perfect soup. As you can see, you don't need many ingredients, and the amazing flavor comes from slow simmering on the stove. The wonderful, fragrant broth that you can't stop eating, along with the tender poultry meat, makes this the ideal meal for the whole family. Ladle into bowls and serve.

    1. Wash the goose, cut it into small pieces, and place it in a cauldron. Pour in water and set over heat. While the water is coming to a boil, peel and chop the onion. Add it to the cauldron, along with salt, pepper, and spices to taste. Reduce the heat to minimum and let it simmer.

    2. The shurpa will simmer for at least 4 hours in the first stage.

    3. After that, you can clean and cut the pepper into small cubes.

    5. Place the vegetables in a cauldron. For flavor, you can add bay leaf.
