Cabbage soup with fresh cabbage without frying
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Shchi is quite simple to prepare. You can use any broth you prefer or have on hand. Fresh tomatoes can be replaced with high-quality tomato paste, but I personally prefer shchi with fresh tomatoes. These fragrant shchi, with a rich vegetable flavor and without fried onions, are perfect for dietary and children's meals. Serve in bowls and enjoy.
