Cabbage soup with fresh cabbage
Description
Perfect for lunch. In our family, everyone loves cabbage soup made with fresh cabbage and meat broth. It's best to use fatty cuts of pork for this cabbage soup, as it results in a rich and hearty broth. The cabbage soup should be seasoned with sautéed onions and tomato juice. My recipe:

Drain the first water, add fresh water, salt, and peppercorns, then simmer for 40–50 minutes from the moment it starts boiling. Skim off the foam periodically to keep the broth clear.
