
Sorrel soup in a multicooker
Description
Perfect for lunch. Sorrel shchi made in a multicooker at home turns out very diet-friendly (only vegetables and no fat), yet delicious. During summer heat, when fatty dishes disappear from the menu, this light, vitamin-rich soup is an excellent choice. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

First, prepare the ingredients. Wash and peel the potatoes, onions, and carrots, then cut the potatoes into strips, and finely chop the onions and carrots in a blender or by hand.

Now add all the prepared vegetables to the multicooker bowl, mix and pour in water. To speed up cooking, you can first heat the water in a kettle. Also add salt, pepper, spices, and olive oil.

Set our multicooker to the "Soup" mode to prepare our vegetable broth, cook until the potatoes are done.

Meanwhile, let's prepare the green part of our soup. It's simple: rinse the sorrel and herbs, then chop them finely.
