
Sorrel soup with celery

Prepare all the ingredients.

Rinse the meat, transfer it to a pot, pour in water, add bay leaf, and bring the water to a boil. Then skim off the foam, reduce the heat, and simmer gently until the meat is fully cooked. Strain the resulting broth, remove the meat from the bones, and return it to the pot.

When the broth comes to a boil again, add the diced potatoes.

Heat the oil in a skillet, add the onion cut into cubes and grated carrots. Cook the vegetables until soft.
