First, prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the meat under running water, and peel the onion, carrot, and celery root.

Cut the meat into cubes, and meanwhile place a pot of water on the stove, then add the meat to it. Bring to a boil, skimming off the foam occasionally. Simmer for one hour.

Dice the onion finely, grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Cut the celery root into cubes and chop the parsley.
