Tuna ceviche with avocado
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. This ceviche recipe includes avocado, which softens the taste of the marinade and adds a nutty aftertaste. Instead of lemon, you can use lime for a more delicate flavor and aroma. If the onion is very sharp, soak it in cold water for 5–10 minutes, then drain and dry. Can be served immediately.
