Herring under a fur coat in plastic wrap

Description

The recipe won't take much time. This method of preparing herring under a fur coat in plastic wrap is great because the salad gets a new appearance while remaining just as tasty and very appetizing. If desired, you can repeat the layers, using different combinations to make the roll look brighter and more original when sliced. Serve at the table.

    1. First, wash the beets, carrots, and potatoes. Cover the vegetables with water and place over heat. Cook until done. Separately, hard-boil the eggs. If you have a mat like this one, prepare it along with the plastic wrap.

    2. Grate the cooled and peeled beetroot. Spread it evenly onto plastic wrap and press firmly. Add a pinch of salt and spread mayonnaise to taste on top.
