
Herring under a fur coat in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for preparing herring under a fur coat in a multicooker. The advantage of using a multicooker is that you can manually set the required cooking time and attend to other tasks without worrying about overcooking the vegetables and eggs. Otherwise, the salad turns out just like the usual version—tasty and filling. Serve at the table.

Place the potatoes, beets, and carrots into the multicooker bowl and pour in cold water until the vegetables are completely covered. Also add the eggs to the bowl. Cook in "Boiling" mode until the vegetables are tender. Ten minutes after the water starts boiling, remove the eggs and cool them.

Chop the onion and pour boiling water over it. You can add a little vinegar.

Cut the herring into small strips.

Peel the boiled vegetables and grate them. Place a layer of potatoes at the bottom of the salad bowl, spread mayonnaise over it, and then add the herring.
