Herring under a fur coat with pickled cucumbers
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. I want to share how to make herring under a fur coat with pickled cucumbers at home. Be sure to try it—it's delicious. The pickled cucumbers add a charming touch to this familiar dish, making the classic "shuba" a bit brighter and more festive. This salad is perfect for anyone who enjoys salty flavors. The salad is ready to serve.

Step 1

1. First, boil all the vegetables (except for cucumbers and onions). Also, boil the eggs. Cut the potatoes, carrots, and onions into whatever size you prefer. I usually dice them into small cubes. Grate the beet on a grater. Now place them into a salad bowl. The first layer consists of boiled potatoes cut into cubes and chopped onions. Spread mayonnaise on top.
