Herring under a fur coat with marinated onions

Description

A simple dish to prepare. Sharing my signature New Year's dish or knowledge. Serve chilled.

    Grate boiled potatoes on a grater and distribute them into small cups. Place a layer of mayonnaise on top.

    Add chopped or grated carrots, as well as marinated onion.

    Now place the finely chopped herring and a layer of mayonnaise.

    Add some of the chopped herbs and a little mayonnaise.

    Cut the boiled beet into cubes and place them into cups.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and garnish with the remaining herbs.
