Mixed meat solyanka in a multicooker
Description
A hearty first course. The solyanka turns out very filling and rich, as it's prepared on beef broth. If desired, you can add boiled beef to the soup or use it to prepare a second dish. Don't try to put everything into the multicooker bowl at once, as the acidity from the pickles will prevent the potatoes from cooking completely. Solyanka ingredient sets are available in stores, but it's better to assemble your own mix according to your taste. Smoked sausages, ham, boiled sausage, frankfurters, and smoked bacon all work wonderfully for solyanka. Serve the soup hot.
