Salad "Golden Comb"
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Nowadays, the "Golden Comb" salad has many variations—you might find marinated mushrooms, fresh or pickled cucumbers, green peas, and even canned beans in it. I'm offering a basic version; you decide what you'd like to add. For the salad, chicken can be fried, baked, or simply boiled, but the tastiest version is made with smoked drumstick. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Peel the onion and carrots, wash them, and dry with a paper towel.
- 2
Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté thinly sliced onions and carrots until soft.
- 3
Step 3

Remove the chicken from the bones, cut into small cubes, and transfer to a deep bowl. If desired, you can also remove the skin from the meat.
- 4
Step 4

In a deep bowl, beat a large chicken egg with 1-2 tablespoons of milk, then fry an egg pancake in the same skillet. When the pancake has cooled, roll it into a tube and slice it into thin strips.
- 5
Step 5

Transfer the cooled fried vegetables and the egg pancake to the bowl with the chicken.
- 6
Step 6

Dress with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper to taste, and gently mix the salad.

Step 7

Transfer the finished salad to a plate with high edges and it's ready to serve. The "Golden Scallop" salad is ready!
