Description
Perfect for everyday dining. You can find this salad on the menu of many restaurants serving fried chicken wings or strips, as it's commonly served alongside such chicken dishes. In summer, add red and yellow bell peppers to the salad; in winter, you might find celery root or red cabbage included. Garnish as desired and serve.

Prepare the ingredients. Wash and dry the vegetables and herbs.

Shred the cabbage and carrots into thin slices, lightly squeeze with your hands, then transfer to a deep bowl.
