Salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. The "Winter Chrysanthemum" salad is simple and relatively quick to prepare. It can easily replace the traditional "Olivier" salad. Instead of regular onion, you can use green, red, or purple onion. You may also blanch the onion with boiling water to remove bitterness. However, I didn't do this, as a slight bitterness adds a pleasant sharpness to the salad. Garnish as desired and serve.
