Salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A delicious and light salad with an interesting "Green Goddess" dressing sauce. This sauce goes perfectly with many salads and is very easy to prepare. I invite you to try one version of the "Green Goddess" salad, named precisely after the sauce. The sauce turns out to be a delicate green color, aromatic and fresh. I hope this photo recipe will help you prepare a tasty salad. Serve and enjoy.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

To make the salad look brighter, you can use peppers of different colors. We're making a small portion now, so we'll use just one pepper. Wash the pepper and remove the core with seeds. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Add to the bowl with the pepper.
- 3
Step 3

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. If you have cherry tomatoes, cut them in half. Add the tomatoes to the pepper and cheese.
- 4
Step 4

The salad dressing can be made using a blender, which will result in a smooth consistency. If you don't have a blender, no worries—we can do without it :) We'll use a small jar instead. First, add sour cream or yogurt to the jar.
- 5
Step 5

Finely chop the basil leaves; I recommend crushing them slightly—they'll become softer and more aromatic.
- 6
Step 6

Wash and finely chop the remaining herbs. Place all the herbs into a jar with the sour cream.
- 7
Step 7

Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, add mustard and olive oil. Add a pinch of salt if desired. In the original recipe, finely chopped anchovies are used instead of salt.
- 8
Step 8

Close the jar with a lid and shake to mix the contents. You should get a rather thick sauce-dressing like this one.
- 9
Step 9

Add the sauce to the prepared vegetables and cheese and mix by shaking. Alternatively, you can simply pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix directly in the serving dish.
