Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. Here's another recipe for the layered "Zebra" salad! This wonderful salad will become a beautiful addition to your festive table and will surely delight children. You can even involve them in the cooking process—they'll be thrilled, especially since everything is very, very simple. Let's get started! 1. First, boil the meat in slightly salted water. 2. Simultaneously, cook the potatoes and carrots, and in a separate pot, boil the eggs. 3. Once cooked, let the vegetables and eggs cool down, then peel them. 4. Now assemble the salad: - First layer: Grate the potatoes finely, spread them evenly in the salad bowl, and cover with mayonnaise. - Second layer: Grate the carrots finely and spread over the potatoes. Cover with mayonnaise. - Third layer: Grate the cooked meat and spread it over the carrots. Cover with mayonnaise. Set aside 1/4 of the meat for garnish. - Fourth layer: Grate the pickled cucumbers finely and spread over the meat. Cover with mayonnaise. - Fifth layer: Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Grate the yolks and spread over the cucumbers. Cover with mayonnaise. - Sixth layer: Grate the egg whites finely and spread as the final layer. 5. Decorate the salad with the reserved grated meat, arranging it in zebra-like stripes. That's it—the salad is ready to serve! ;)
