Salad January Daisy
Description
A simple dish to prepare. The "January Chamomile" salad should be left to marinate for at least a couple of hours. It's very convenient to make it the day before, to keep your day free when you're hosting guests. Blanch the onion with boiling water to remove bitterness, while the marinade will give it a sweet-and-sour taste. The "January Chamomile" salad can become a novelty on your New Year's table, as an alternative to Olivier salad! Good luck, and serve chilled.
