
Salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. You can use any leafy greens for this recipe; it's delicious with chard or spinach. You'll need white or red beans, cooked or canned—just use whatever you have on hand. So, take a look. You can serve it immediately.

Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the cooked or canned beans under running water, wash the lettuce leaves.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet and sauté the beans with a pinch of oregano until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Chop the chard finely and mince the garlic with a knife.

Add chard, garlic, salt, another pinch of oregano, and chili flakes to the fried beans. Simmer for a couple of minutes over medium heat until the salad leaves are wilted.

Remove from heat, pour in lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Mix well.

Prepare a poached egg by bringing water to a boil in a small saucepan, adding a spoonful of vinegar, and gently slipping the egg into the water. Turn off the heat and set a timer for exactly 4 minutes. Place the salad on a plate, top with the egg, and sprinkle a pinch of chili pepper on top. The salad is ready!
