Smoked chicken salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. The dish is very tasty, simple to make, and has an original appearance. I used grape berries for decoration, but if you don't have them, I think olives would work just as well—no one will notice the substitution. Instead of grape leaves, I used parsley, which can be replaced with cilantro. This salad will be a great addition to any table. The salad is ready to serve.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Separate the smoked chicken (I used a drumstick) from the bone and cut into small pieces.
- 2
Step 2

2. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
- 3
Step 3

3. I place the eggs in water, boil them, then cool under cold water and peel. I separate the whites from the yolks, grate the whites on a coarse grater, and the yolks on a fine grater.
- 4
Step 4

4. Wash the grapes and separate the berries from the stem, then cut each one in half.
- 5
Step 5

5. Place the egg whites on a plate as the first layer, season with salt, then spread mayonnaise over them.
- 6
Step 6

6. Place the smoked chicken as the second layer and drizzle it with mayonnaise.
- 7
Step 7

7. Next, I layer the chopped egg yolks and spread mayonnaise over them as well.
- 8
Step 8

8. Sprinkle the yolks with grated hard cheese and cover with mayonnaise, spread it evenly, then place the grapes cut-side down, like a shell.
- 9
Step 9

9. On one side, decorate with washed greens (I used parsley), arranging them in the shape of grape leaves. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or preferably overnight if possible.
