Salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The Venice salad is very beautiful and delicious, but it might seem heavy to you due to the use of mayonnaise. However, whether you like it or not, it's necessary here as a binding agent. Without it, the salad would simply fall apart. If you are a staunch opponent of mayonnaise, but still like the salad, I can only suggest making homemade mayonnaise, which at least won't contain as many preservatives as store-bought versions. Good luck. Serve at the table.
