Salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. This salad doesn't feature any special ingredients or unusual combination of products. On the contrary, it's a classic salad. The secret of its rich flavor, which sets it apart from other salads, is that I let it marinate for at least 3 hours, or even a full day. So, here's how to make it. You can serve it immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes and peppers into thin strips, and slice the olives into thin rounds.
- 2
Step 2
Place the cheese into a salad bowl and lightly beat it by hand, but not too much. Add the pesto sauce and mix well, ensuring the cheese is completely coated with the sauce.
- 3
Step 3
Add the chopped tomatoes, pepper, and olives to the cheese and mix again.

Step 4
Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and let it sit for at least 3 hours. Honestly, my salad sat in the refrigerator for a full day, and its flavor only improved. I don't recommend serving the salad immediately after preparation. Be sure to let it marinate; otherwise, the taste will be completely bland and uninteresting.

Step 5
After the salad has marinated, transfer it to a serving bowl and you can garnish it with herbs.

Step 6
Can be served at the table.
