Salad in the shape of an eight
Description
To decorate the salad, boil a chicken egg, carrots, and quail eggs separately. I also used dill and green onion scallions. To color the quail eggs, you can use beet juice, red cabbage juice, or turmeric.

Step 6

To decorate the salad, boil a chicken egg, you won't need the white. Place dill sprigs on the salad and use the yolks to make mimosa flowers.

Step 7

From boiled carrots, make little flowers. Boil quail eggs, peel them, and immerse in beet juice for several minutes. Make a cross-shaped cut on each egg, then gently press the sides with your fingers to slightly open them, creating a "crocus" effect. Decorate the salad with dill sprigs and green onion feathers. The salad shaped like an eight is ready. Carefully remove the glasses. Happy holidays!
