Flower-shaped salad
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. To make a flower-shaped salad for your beloved man, we need something substantial—namely, bacon, cheese, walnuts, and spinach (for strength and energy!). We'll make the flower cup out of bacon, the petals out of pear, and the rest will go into the "center." Decorate as desired and serve.

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Turn the muffin molds upside down. Wrap the bacon around the molds so that the ends don't stick out, otherwise they will curl up. You can secure them with a toothpick, for example. Bake in the hot oven for several minutes.

2. Remove the bacon from the oven, let it cool on the molds, then carefully peel off. The flower cups for our salad are ready!

Step 3

3. Peel the pears, slice them into fairly thin wedges. Sprinkle with sugar and fry on both sides in oil in a skillet over medium heat. Set aside the golden pear "petals" to cool. Line the bacon cup with spinach, place the pears alongside (like petals), then fill with Gorgonzola and fried nuts.

4. Warm the prepared flowers in the oven for 3-4 minutes. Serve, garnishing the dish with salad.
